Information regarding guarantees and returns
Your order is processed with the greatest of care. Should you be of the opinion that something is not right, then you have the right to return the product. Read on to find out how returns are done.
Within 14 days after receipt, you can send the order back to us. You will then be credited the full amount of the order plus shipping costs, provided the returns conditions are met. The shipping costs for the return are free. If you use your right of withdrawal, we ask that you return the product with all included accessories and in the original condition and packaging. Would you like to exchange the product? That is certainly possible, provided the return conditions are met. Make sure that you include the fully completed returns form in the package with your returned product.
Conditions for returns
– Within 14 days after receipt of the product, you may return the product to us without charge provided the following conditions are met:
– We are notified of the return shipment within 14 days by means of the returns form.
– The return shipment will only be accepted if the packaging and the product(s) are undamaged and the product is unused (100% new condition).
– Products that cannot be resold due to health protection/hygiene reasons and for which the seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.
Determination based on sender/returner
– The costs of the return shipment of the product(s) after 14 days are borne entirely by you.
– The risk of damage or loss of the product during shipment is always borne by the sender. We recommend that you notify us of the return in a timely manner.
– You must pack the item well and apply sufficient postage (packages with insufficient postage will be refused).
Wrong delivery address listed?
Accidentally listed the wrong delivery address? Then contact us by phone as soon as possible at: +31 (0)20 – 632 56 76. We will try to change the delivery address with our carrier.
We will credit your account as soon as possible after receipt of the returns form; that is no later than within 14 days after proving that the product(s) has (have) been sent. For products that are returned damaged or no longer in 100% new condition, we may charge a fee. We will only charge this fee if the damage is the result of the use of the goods, beyond that which is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and function of the goods..
